HOME VISIT

The initial step involves conducting a comprehensive home visit to engage in a detailed discussion regarding requirements, establish a financial framework, and undertake a thorough project survey. This entails perusing relevant brochures to gain a nuanced understanding of the project's scope and essence.

DESIGN

Subsequently, our team will dedicate a brief period, typically one to two days, to craft a sophisticated 3D design utilizing our cutting-edge software, "Virtual Worlds." This advanced program ensures a visual representation that brings your conceptual ideas to fruition, providing a tangible preview of the envisioned project.

SHOWROOM APPOINTMENT

Following the 3D design phase, we schedule a showroom appointment to meticulously review the proposed designs, make any necessary refinements, and provide a comprehensive pricing proposal for both supply and associated works. Upon your satisfaction with the presented details, we coordinate a commencement date for the project, typically allowing for a standard lead time of six weeks.

PAYMENT

To secure the scheduled commencement date, a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total project cost will be required. This financial commitment is instrumental in confirming the reservation of our services and ensuring a seamless initiation of the project as per the agreed timeline.

INSTALLATION

Commencement of the installation phase is slated to initiate on a mutually agreed-upon date, with an estimated duration of approximately two weeks. The final 50% of the total project cost is to be settled on the day of completion, marking the conclusion of the project and ensuring a smooth transition to the post-installation phase.

COMPLETE SATISFACTION

One week post-completion, our team will initiate a follow-up communication with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with the project outcome. This dedicated post-installation check-in underscores our commitment to client satisfaction and provides an opportunity for any additional queries or refinements to be addressed promptly and comprehensively.
